Information We Collect

Name, city/state, email address, and phone number
Social media handles, follower counts, and content links you submit
Captain-application responses, if submitted
Payment-related information processed via our payment partner, Instamojo (we do not store your card or payment credentials ourselves)

How We Use Your Information

To evaluate and process your registration and auction eligibility
To communicate with you about the league, schedule, and results
To share relevant creator profiles with team captains for the auction
To feature participants and their content as described in our Content & Rights Agreement
To improve VICL and communicate about future seasons

Sharing of Information

We may share your information with team captains (for auction purposes), event judges, sponsors and partners (for promotional purposes as agreed in the Content & Rights Agreement), and service providers who help us operate VICL (such as Google Sheets for data storage and Instamojo for payments). We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Data Storage

Registration data is stored securely and is accessible only to the VICL organizing team. Payment information is handled directly by Instamojo under their own security and compliance standards.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us at creatorleague@houseoftech.ai. Note that deletion requests received after the auction may affect your ability to continue participating in the season.

Our website uses the Meta Pixel to measure ad performance and improve how we reach creators. This may involve cookies and similar technologies. You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings.
