Refund & Cancellation Policy

Registration Fee

All participants pay a nominal ₹100 registration fee at the time of registration. This fee is used to filter for genuinely interested applicants and cover basic processing costs.

No Refunds

The registration fee is non-refundable in all cases, including but not limited to:

• You are not selected ("picked") by any team captain during the live auction
• You voluntarily withdraw from VICL after registering
• You are unable to participate due to personal circumstances, scheduling conflicts, or technical issues on your end
• You are disqualified for violating the Terms & Conditions or Code of Conduct

Cancellation by VICL

In the rare event that VICL Season 01 is cancelled or postponed in its entirety by the organizers, registration fees may be refunded or credited toward a future season, at the sole discretion of House of Tech Innovation Pvt. Ltd. This will be communicated to all registered participants via email.

Payment Processing

Payments are processed via Instamojo. In the rare case of a duplicate or erroneous charge due to a technical error, please contact us at creatorleague@houseoftech.ai within 7 days of the transaction with your payment ID, and we will investigate and resolve it appropriately.
