Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 15 July 2026

These Terms & Conditions govern participation in the Virtual Indian Creator League (VICL), organized by House of Tech Innovation Pvt. Ltd. By registering, you agree to the following terms.

1. Eligibility

Participants must have 10,000+ followers on at least one major platform (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter/X, or equivalent) and be legally able to enter into this agreement in their jurisdiction.

2. Registration & Fees

Registration requires payment of a non-refundable fee of ₹100, as detailed in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Submitting payment does not guarantee selection by a team during the auction.

3. The Auction & Team Placement

Registered creators become eligible for the live team auction. Team captains bid for creators using a fixed virtual purse. Final team placement is determined solely through this auction process. VICL does not guarantee placement on any specific team, or placement on any team at all.

4. Participation Requirements

Drafted creators are expected to participate in a minimum of 2 events during Season 01, per their team's lineup. VICL and team captains reserve the right to determine event lineups and substitutions.

5. Code of Conduct

Participants agree to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully throughout VICL activities. VICL reserves the right to disqualify any participant for conduct that is abusive, discriminatory, fraudulent, or otherwise harmful to other participants, sponsors, or the league's integrity.

6. Content & Intellectual Property

By participating, you agree to the terms outlined in our Content & Rights Agreement, which governs how content created during VICL may be used, shared, and promoted by House of Tech Innovation Pvt. Ltd. and its partners.

7. Prizes & Awards

Prize pool distribution, award criteria, and judging decisions are at the sole discretion of the VICL organizing team and judging panel. All judging decisions are final.

8. Changes to the League

VICL reserves the right to modify event formats, schedules, team structures, or rules as needed, with reasonable notice to participants where possible.

9. Limitation of Liability

House of Tech Innovation Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for technical issues, internet connectivity problems, or other circumstances outside its reasonable control that may affect a participant's ability to compete.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Delhi.
